锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折的肩痛原因分析 被引量：84

摘要 锁骨钩钢板治疗Toss yⅢ型肩锁关节脱位和Neer Ⅱ型锁骨远端骨折具有固定牢固、可早期锻炼、并发症少等优点，但有些患者术后遗留肩部疼痛并由此而引起肩部活动受限。2001年1月～2005年12月，我们用锁骨钩钢板治疗69例Tossy Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位和25例Neer Ⅱ型锁骨远端骨折患者，其中24例（25．5％）存在不同程度肩痛，现报告如下。
