摘要 急性呼吸窘迫综合征是临床尤其是ICU内常见的综合征,其发生率和病死率一直居高,早期治疗的前提是早期诊断,早期生物标志物逐步受到青睐,一些新的和原有的生物标志物继续成为研究的焦点,而其中一些如C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)已在临床广泛使用。 Especially in the ICU acute respiratory distress syndrome is a common syndrome with high morbidity and mortali- ty, Early diagnosis is important , the early biomarkers be favon＇ed gradually, CRP, PCT has been widely used in clinical, some new and original biomarkers still continues to be the focus of the study.
