Prader-Willi综合征二例 被引量：2

摘要 例1患儿男，生后75min，因“生后窒息复苏后”入院。患儿系第1胎第1产，胎龄39周自然分娩，出生时哭声低，肤色发绀，四肢松弛，1min、5min Apgar评分分别为5分、8分，予以复苏后收入。查体：哭声低，肤色白，心肺腹无明显异常，四肢肌张力低下，肌肉松弛，肢端温，阴囊小，隐睾，胎龄评估39周。人院后血常规、血气分析、血生化均在正常范围；头颅B超未见明显异常；染色体报告46，XY；甲状腺功能正常。
