摘要
采用常规根尖压片法,对百合OT杂种系的‘Nymph’、‘Valparaiso’和‘Yelloween’3个品种进行了核型分析。因OT系列的品种为东方百合和喇叭百合杂种系间的杂交品种,染色体高度杂合,核型复杂,故将每条染色体分别列出单独分析。研究结果显示:‘Valparaiso’为三倍体,其余两种为二倍体。3品种均为3B型,核型不对称系数分别为79.79%、80.15%和81.73%。其中‘Valparaiso’可能存在B染色体。核型公式分别为‘Nymph’2n=2x=24=2m(SAT)+2sm+9t+11st;‘Valparaiso’3n=3x=36=4m(SAT)+3sm(SAT)+15st+14t;‘Yelloween’2n=2x=24=4m(2SAT)+16t+4st。
The karyotype of three representative new cultivars from OT Hybrid Lilies, ' Nymph' , ' Valparaiso' and ' Yellow- een' were taken as samples for analysis by traditional squash method. The chromosomes were listed for analysis separately considering the karyotypic complexity of the OT lily as a intersectional hybrid. ' Valparaiso' is triploid, and the other two euhivars are diploid. Karyotypes of all the Lilium cuhivars are 3B, and the asymmetry index (As ~ K% ) are 79.79% , 80.18% and 81.73% , respectively. B chromosomes may be in ' Valparaiso'. The karyotype formula of ' Nymph' is 2n= 2x = 24 = 2 m (SAT) + 2 sm+9 t + 11 st, that of ' Valparaiso' is 3 n = 3x = 36 = 4 m (SAT) + 3 sm (SAT) + 15 st + 14t, and that of ' Yelloween' is 2n = 2x = 24 = 4m (2SAT) + 16t+4st.
