摘要
对西伯利亚(Siberia)、元帅(Acapulo)、索邦(Sorbonne)、普瑞特(Prato)4种观赏百合的染色体数目与核型进行了研究和分析.结果表明:西伯利亚的核型公式为2n=24=18m(2SAT)+4sm(2SAT)+2st,相对长度组成2n=24=4L+6M2+6M1+8S;元帅的核型公式为2n=24=6m+14sm+4st,相对长度组成2n=24=4L+6M2+10M1+4S;索邦的核型公式为2n=24=14m+8sm(2SAT)+2st,相对长度组成2n=24=4L+8M2+6M1+6S;普瑞特的核型公式为2n=36=14m(4SAT)+20sm+2st,相对长度组成2n=36=8L+6M2+14M1+8S.4种观赏百合的核型类型都是2B,核型不对称系数分别为62.17%,67.31%,62.13%和64.40%.
The karyotype analysis of four ornamental lilium are studied. The result indicates： the karyotype formula of Siberia is 2n=24 = 18m （2SAT） ＋4sm （2SAT） ＋ 2st, the consist of the relative length is 2n= 24 =4L＋ 6M2＋ 6M1 ＋ 8S; the karyotype formula of Acapulo is 2n = 24 = 6m＋14sm＋ 4st, the consist of the relative length is 2n=24=4L＋6M2 ＋10M1 ＋4S; the karyotype formula of Sorbonne is 2n=24=14m＋8sm（2SAT）＋2st, the consist of the relative length is 2n=24=4L＋8M2-q-6M＋6S; the karyotype formula of Prato is 2n=36=14m（4SAT）＋20sm＋2st, the consist of the relative length is 2n=36=8L＋6M2＋14M1 ＋8S. The four cultivers of karyotype belong to 2B, As. K% is 62.17%,67.31%, 62.13% ,64.40% respectively.
