摘要
目的:探讨经阴道超声在异位妊娠与卵巢黄体破裂鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取武警北京市总队第二医院2009年1月~2013年3月接受诊治的80例疑似异位妊娠或黄体破裂患者进行阴道超声检查,了解患者的子宫内部情况,观察附件区是否存在异常囊实性包块,盆腔是否有积液,对比超声诊断结果与手术病理诊断结果。结果:80例患者中75例(93.75%)超声检查结果与手术病理结果相符,误诊率为6.25%,结果对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。其中异位妊娠超声诊断与手术病理相符59例,不相符3例;黄体破裂超声诊断与手术病理相符16例,不相符2例。结论:经阴道超声对异位妊娠与卵巢黄体破裂鉴别诊断有重要临床应用价值,结合异位妊娠与黄体破裂的临床特征可以进一步提高鉴别诊断的准确率。
Objective： To explore the application value of transvaginal ultrasonography in differential diagnosis cff eetopic pregnancy and rupture of corpus Juteum. Methods： Eighty patients suspected of ectopie pregnancy or rupture of corpus luteum who were treated/n the hospital fi-om January 2009 to March 2013 in the hospital were selected and all of them underwent transvaginal ultrasonography to understand uterine internal envix^mment and observe abnormal cystic or solid masses of adnexa uteri and pelvic fluid or not; the results of ultrasonograph- ic diagnosis and surgical pathological diagnosis were compared. Results： Among 80 patients, the ultrasonographic results of 75 patients （93.75%） were coincided with surgical pathological results, the misdiagnosis rate was 6, 25%, there was no statistically significant differ- ence in the diagnostic results between the two methods （ P 〉 0. 05） . Among the patients with ectopic pregnancy, the ultrasonographic results of 59 patients were coincided with surgical pathological results, and the results of 3 palients were not coincident; among the patients with rup- ture of corpus luteum, the ultrasonographie results of 16 patients were coincided with surgical pathologlcla results, and the resu/ts of 2 pa- tients were not coincident. Conclusion： Transvaginal ultrasonography has important clinical application valae in differential diagnosis of ec- topic pregnancy and rupture of corpus lutemn, combiuing with clinical characteristics of eetopic pregnancy and rupture of corpus luteum can further improve the accurate rate of differential diagnosis.
