B型超声对异位妊娠的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of B-mode ultrasound on ectopic pregnancy

摘要 目的:了解B型超声(B超)对异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法:对2000年1月～2004年12月于我院就诊的疑似异位妊娠患者100例的病历资料进行了回顾性分析。并计算B超诊断异位妊娠的灵敏度、特异性等。结果:B超对异位妊娠诊断的灵敏度97.92%、特异性75%、约登指数0.7395。结论:B超对异位妊娠有较高的诊断价值,但在操作中仍需与临床表现相结合以进一步提高诊断的准确率。
