摘要
[目的]了解三级甲等医院ICU护士的专业生活品质现状及其影响因素。[方法]采用方便抽样方法,使用一般情况调查表及中文版专业生活品质量表第5版(ProQOL-Ⅴ)对山东大学3所三级甲等医院213名ICU护士进行问卷调查。[结果]同情心满足、倦怠、二次创伤的原始得分分别为31.23分±6.25分、26.06分±5.20分、25.19分±5.08分,与国外常模相比,ICU护士的专业生活品质状况较差;ICU护士的专业生活品质影响因素为护士年龄、最高学历、能否胜任工作及护患关系。[结论]ICU护士的专业生活品质现状不乐观,护理管理者应根据护士年龄、最高学历、能否胜任工作及护患关系采取相应干预措施,提高护士专业生活品质。
Objective：To know about the status quo of professional quality of life of ICU nurses in three grade A hospital in Jinan city and its influen- cing factors. Methods：A total of 213 cases of ICU nurses in 3 three grade A hospitals in Ji＇nan city were investigated by using convenience sampling method,general questionnaire and the Chinese version of professional qual- ity of life scale Version 5 （ProQOL - V）. They were investigated with de- mographic questionnaire and Professional Quality of Life Scale （ProQOL- V）. Results：The original score of compassion satisfaction, burnout, sec- ondary trauma respectively was 31.23--＋-6.25,26.06___5.20 and 25. 19--4_-_5.08, compared with foreign norm, pro[essional quality of life of ICU nurses was poor;the influencing factors were nurses＇ age, the highest degree, ability to perform the work or not and nurse - patient relationship. Conclusion： the status quo of professional quality of life of ICU nurses is not optimistic, and nurse managers should take appropriate intervention measures to improve the quality of life in the nursing profession be based on the age, educational background,ability to perform work and nurse - patient relationship.
