摘要
本文研究了新型添加剂中脂溶性维生素的反相高效液相色谱测定方法,实现了维生素 A、E 和 D_3的同时分析,结果良好。这种方法也适用于食品、蔬菜、水果及药物中脂溶性维生素的分析。
The present paper described HPLC method for separating and determining fat soluble vitamins in novel additive,and simultaneous determination of vitamin A,E and D_3 with satisfactory results.The following results were obtained:average recovery 95.9～ 97.8%,relative standard deviation 1.81～3.95%,detection limit 0.1～0.2μg/ml for-fat- -soluble vitamin A,E and D_3 in novel additive.The method was used for the determination of vitamin A,E and D_3 in foods,vegetable,fruit and drugs.
