摘要
快递业在我国经历了近三十年的发展,随着经济的持续发展和网购的流行,民营快递企业凭着自身优势迅速发展成为快递业不可或缺的组成部分。本文首先对快递有关概念及相关发展历程进行阐述,简单描述了我国快递业发展现状,并进一步分析了皖北地区民营快递业的发展状况,通过与传统的EMS相比较,分析皖北地区民营快递业的特点及其存在的问题。本文通过分析这些问题,得出皖北地区民营快递企业发展的优势、劣势、机会及威胁,结合民营快递行业的发展趋势,提出了相关问题的解决对策。
Express industry has experienced nearly thirty years of development in China. With the development of economy and the popularity of online shopping, the private express delilvery enterprises with the advantages of rapid development have become an important part of express service. Firstly, this paper expresses the concept and development process, giving a brief description of the current situation of the development of express industry in our country. Then, it analyses not only the development status of private express industry in Northern Anhui but also the problems compared with the traditional EMS. Through the analysis of these problems, advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats for the development of private express companies in Northern Anhui, it further puts forward the Countermeasure to solve the related problems, combined with the development trend of private express industry.
