摘要
幼儿园教师资格认证制度是国家对幼儿园教师所要达到的专业标准的法律层面上的规定。但是现行幼儿园教师资格认证制度存在一些问题:对幼儿资格证书申请人员学历要求偏低;教师资格认证内容有效性不足;幼儿教师被随意替代,不同类型教师资格相互融通不合理;单一的幼儿教师资格证书类型无法满足不同层次教师需求;幼儿园教师资格证终身制难以起到激励作用等。
Preschool teacher qualification system is a professional standard of the law. There are some problems during its implementation in China: lower requirements for the educational experience of the appliers; lack of efficient contents in the qualification system; unreasonable classification of different types of teachers; unsatisfied requirements for teachers in different levels; lack of encouragement of the life-long certificate system, etc. To solve the problems, the paper tries to put forward some practical suggestions.
