摘要
近年来,近红外光谱技术作为一种快速定性鉴别和品质检测技术已广泛应用于各行业。介绍近红外光谱技术的优势以及测定程序,主要阐述了近红外技术在白酒行业中原材料、发酵过程、半成品酒以及成品酒质量检测中的应用现状,分析了该技术在白酒行业中存在的问题以及应用前景。
As a rapid qualitative identification and quality detection technology, near-infrared spectroscopy technology has been widely used in re- cent years. In this paper, the advantages and the determination procedures of near infrared spectroscopy were introduced, the present status of the application of NIS in liquor-making industry such as raw materials testing, fermentation process testing, semi-finished liquor testing and finished liquor quality testing was elaborated, and the existed problems and its application prospects were discussed.
