摘要
铬(Ⅲ)~4-(2-吡啶偶氮)间苯二酚络合物在悬汞电极(HME)上有一灵敏且波形良好的吸附还原溶出峰,一次导数,二次导数峰电位分别为-0.69V 和-0.73V(vs·SCE),据此提出了测定痕量 Cr(Ⅲ)的吸附溶出伏安法。线性范围为0.2~100ng/ml,检出限为0.1ng/ml。用于桃叶标样和环境水样中铬的测定,结果满意。
The adsorptive stripping behaviour and the current properties of Cr(Ⅲ)-4-(2- pyridylazo)resorcinol chelate were studied in HAc-NaAc buffer solution(pH=5.1).The method was simple and sensitive for the determination of trace chromium.The linear range was 0.2~100ng Cr/ml,and the detection limit was 0.1ng Cr/ml.The results for the deter- mination of trace chromium in standard sample of Peach leaf(Chinese)and natural water were very satisfied.
