摘要
利用偶氮胂(Ⅲ)与铬的显色反应,测定啤酒中痕量铬.采用正交设计实验找出了最佳测定条件.最大吸收波长620 nm,铬(Ⅲ)含量在0-40μg/50 mL范围内遵从比尔定律,检出限为0.5μg/50 mL.摩尔吸光系数ε=7.61×104L.mol-1.cm-1,回收率在82%-102%.该法操作简单、稳定性和灵敏度好,测定啤酒中的铬和国标方法基本一致,结果满意.
The chromogenic reaction of Cr( Ⅲ) with arsenazo Ⅲ have been used in the paper. The optimal condition was found by orthogonal experiment method. The maximum absorption band of the complex lies at 620 nm. Lambert-Beer law is obeyed for Cr( Ⅲ ) content when the concentration range is 0 -40 μg/50mL, the limit of detection is 0.5 μg/50mL. The apparent molar absorptivity is 7.61 × 10^4 L/mol · cm. The range of the recovery is 82% - 102%. This method is simple, stable and sensitive and has been successfully applied to determinate chromium in beer. The results determinated by this proposed method are well corresponded with national standard method.
