基于污染颗粒分布的综合传动装置状态监测 被引量:3

Study on Condition Monitoring of Power-shift Steering Transmission Based on Contaminant Particle Size Distribution

摘要 通过对综合传动装置1万公里定型试验中,对不同里程数下工作油液取样并进行污染分析,提出油液污染颗粒修正的对数正态分布模型,利用非线性回归法对颗粒分布进行非线性拟合,并利用三线值法对分布参数进行统计分析。结果表明,该液压润滑系统污染颗粒分布服从修正的对数正态分布;分布参数能较好地反映综合传动装置的磨损状况,可利用该参数进行状态监测。 In the 10 000 km test of power-shift steering transmission,the oil was sampled in the hydraulic system of the transmission after various driving distances, and the contaminant particle size distribution was analyzed. Modified lognormal distribution was presented to describe the contaminant particle size distribution and the distribution parameter was calculated through the method of nonlinear regression. Three-value evaluation was used to analyze the distribution parameters. The results indicate that the contaminant particle size distribution in the hydraulic and lubricating system of power-shift steering transmission accords with modified lognormal distribution. The distribution parameter can reflect the wear condition of transmission and can be used to monitor the condition of transmission.
