摘要
以VC++的类库(MFC)为开发平台,设计具有友好人机交互界面的滑动摩擦副热分析系统,该系统对复杂的ANSYS参数化设计语言(简称APDL)进行了后台封装,可实现参数化的模拟仿真。在系统中输入试样的几何和材料参数以及具体实验工况参数,能自动获取实时摩擦因数以实现端面滑动摩擦副温度场仿真。通过计算结果和实验数据的对比,表明该系统能够准确地仿真出摩擦过程中接触区域的温度及变化趋势。
One thermal analysis system of sliding frictional pair with friendly man-machine interaction interface was developed at the platform of Microsoft Foundation Class Library (MFC) , which encapsulated the Ansys Parameter Design Language(APDL) to realize the parametric simulation. The system can get the real-time friction coefficient automatically to simulate the temperature field of face sliding frictional pair when inputting the geometric and material parameters of sample, and experiment conditions. The simulation result shows good accordance with experimental data, which proves this system can accurately simulate the temperature and its trend in the contact area during friction process.
