摘要
通过对成都市高职院校学生法律素养的调查,发现高职学生有一定的法律基础知识和法律意识,在自身利益受损的时候绝大多数学生能想到通过法律途径来解决问题。但其法律素养水平还有待进一步提高,可以通过增强学生综合素质、加强法制课程建设、加大学生法律实践机会和优化法制环境等途径来培养学生的法律意识、增强学生的法律知识、提高学生的法律应用能力。
An investigation on the students＇ legal literacy in vocational colleges in Chengdu shows that the students have some basic knowledge of law and can resort to laws to solve problems. However ,there is still room for improvement. Students＇ legal consciousness and their law-application skills could be strengthened through enhancing their overall competence,reinforcing the legal system construction,increasing their legal practice op- portunities and optimizing legal environment.
