摘要
随着社会经济的发展和法制教育的不断深入,宁波高校学生法律素养的总体水平在不断提升,但仍存在部分学生法律知识欠缺、法律意识不强,发生违法犯罪的现象。针对这种状况,在现有的条件下,应该从高校、社会和大学生自身三个维度出发,培养大学生信仰和尊重法律的情感和心态,从而提升他们的法律素养。
With the development of the society and economy and constant deepening of the education in law, college students＇ legal qualities are being enhanced as a whole. But some undergraduates are still short of the knowledge in law and the legal consciousness, because of which the lawbreaking or crime- committing phenomena still exist. Under the current condition, we should cultivate college students＇ sensibility of the belief and esteem to law, and upgrade their legal qualities.
