摘要
图书馆危机预控是危机预警的后续危机管理措施,它紧随危机预警之后,进一步解决了预警信号发出以后要采用什么样的措施或方案控制危机的爆发,避免或减少危机所造成的损失。危机预控是危机前期管理的核心任务,对于危机管理的成败非常重要。目前在研究国内图书馆危机管理系统的论文中,关于危机预警系统的研究较多,对危机预控系统则鲜有涉及。本文分析了构建图书馆危机预控系统的意义,重点论述了案例推理方法的一些关键技术,设计了基于案例推理技术的危机预控系统的总体模型,为研究图书馆危机管理及其预控问题提出了新的思路和方法。
Library crisis pre-controlling is the follow-up crisis management measure after crisis pre-warning.Closely following crisis pre-warning,it further solves what measures or schemes should be adopted to control the burst-out of crisis,or avoid or decrease the loss caused by the crisis after the pre-warning signal is given.Crisis pre-controlling is the core task of crisis early management,and is very important for the success of crisis management.At present,among the papers about library crisis management systems in China,most of them study the crisis pre-warning system,few papers discuss the crisis pre-controlling system.This article analyzes the significance of constructing the library crisis pre-controlling system with the focus on some key technologies of case-based reasoning.The article designs a general model of the crisis pre-controlling system based on case-based reasoning,which provides new ideas and methods for the study of library crisis management and pre-controlling.
