摘要 目的 微核试验评价N_3H_8^+离子束注入强化超高分子聚乙烯材料的潜在致突变性。方法 按照卫生部有关文件要求制备测试材料浸提液,将浸提液和阴性、阳性对照液体分别注入各试验组小白鼠的腹腔内,第二次注射后6h后取其股骨制备骨髓涂片,在油镜下用双盲法观察骨髓嗜多染红细胞内的微核发生率。结果 材料浸提液的微核率与阴性对照组无显著性差异。结论 该材料末见潜在致突变性。 Objective Study on micronucleus test of bone marrow cells of a novel type of N3Hg+ iron beam enhanced UHMWPE by injection, to evaluate its mutagenicity. Methods The samples of UHMWPE extraction, negative control and passive control group were injected into the abdomen of the white rats. 6 hours after last injection, the sections of bone marrow were made. The micronucleus of the rats'bone marrow cells were viewed under the light microscope. Results There were no significant difference on the rate of the micronucleus betweeen the UHMWPE and the negative control group. Conclusion There is no potential mutagenicity for enhanced UHMWPE.
