摘要
在0.1mol/L KHP(pH=4.0)支持电解质中,镉(Ⅱ)与苯基硫脲形成一灵敏的络合吸附波,峰电位Ep=-0.75V(vs.SCE),峰电流与镉(Ⅱ)浓度在5.0×10^(-8)~1.×10^(-5)mol/L范围内成正比,检测下限可达1.0×10^(-8)mol/L,并用于电镀清水液中微量镉的测定,得到满意的结果。用直线法测得络合物的络合比为C_d(Ⅱ):PTU=1:2,稳定常数β=14.8×10~8。用循环伏安法、线性扫描伏安法等研究了该体系的极谱性质及其反应机理。
In 0. 1 mol/L potassium hydrogen phthalate(pH4. 0) supporting electrolytes con taining 5. 0x10^(-4) mol/L phenylthiourea(PTU), a sensitive adsorptive complex wave of Cd(Ⅱ)PTU is obtained by single-sweep polarography. The peak potential of the wave is-0. 75V (vs. SCE). The peak current is directly proportional to the concentration of Cd(Ⅱ) overthe range of 5. Ox10^(-3)~1. 0x10^(-5) mol/L. The detection limit is 1. 0x10^(-8) mol/L. The composition of the complex has been determined to be 1: 2. The method has been applied successfully to the determination of trace cadmium in plating waste water. The mechanism of reaction is discussed.
