摘要
研究了苯基硫脲(PTU)─磷酸三丁酯(TBP)─乙酸乙酯体系在HC1介质中对Rh(Ⅲ)的萃取行为,发现在〔HC1〕≥4mol/L的介质中,如先使PTU(6mol/LHC1溶液)与Rh(Ⅲ)在加热下反应,然后用TBP─乙酸乙酯溶液萃取,则Rh(Ⅲ)可被定量萃至有机相中。用斜率法确定萃合物中的Rh:PTU:TBP=1:2:1,通过紫外光谱和红外光谱研究,探讨萃取机理,提出萃合物的可能结构。
In≥4mol/L hydrochloric acid medium,Rh(Ⅲ) reacted with phenylthiourea(PTU──6mol/L HC1 solution)in the aqueous phase after heated for 80 min, a quantitative extraction of Rh(Ⅲ) was achieved with tributylphosphate(TBP)─ethy1 acetate solution.The best extraction conditions were determined.The formula of the extracted species(RhCl4·2PTU)-.H+.TBP was confirmed by the slope method、IR and UV spectra.The mechanism of the extraction and possible structure of the extracted species are discussed.
