摘要
利用NMOS管设计了一种简单实用的24 V、30 A的动力电池用大功率电子开关。该开关主要应用于24 V大功率电池电源管理系统的充、放电电路,设有常开触点、常闭触点各一个,具有充电防反接、放电防倒灌的功能,并设置了电源指示灯,可以直观地了解电路的工作状态。
This paper designs a practical 24 V 30 A power battery with high power electronic switch by using the NMOS. The switch is mainly used in charge and discharge circuit of the 24 V high power battery power management system, and has a normally open, normally closed contact of a charge, with the charge preventing reverse connection and discharge backflow function, and sets the power indicator light, which can visually know the working state of the circuit.
