摘要
本文通过"模拟电子技术实验"中一个典型的三极管放大电路,测量了电路参数。笔者从实验的角度探讨了将三极管发射极与集电极反接时电路的状态,并从三极管的内部结构入手,从理论角度分析了实验结果。通过这个实例的实践与分析讨论,我们可以更加深入理解三极管的工作原理,掌握三极管在实际电路中的使用方法。
Bipolar junction transistor (BJT) is one of the key components in modern electronics technology, which is difficult for the beginners to understand its usage in practice. By analyzing a popular used common emitter ampli- fier of BJT, the performances of the circuit are measured. The circuit states with reversed emitter and collector is also collected with the instruments in lab. Results are discussed by referring the construction features of BJT. Students can deep insight on the function and usage of BJT through the discussion.
