摘要 使用高效液相色谱法测定了硫酸二甲酯中微量甲醛的含量.硫酸二甲酯样品经水解后,与2,4-二硝基苯肼(2,4-DNPH)发生衍生化反应,使甲醛转化为稳定的甲醛2,4-二硝基苯腙.以二氯甲烷提取,采用高效液相色谱测定.研究了缓冲液、pH值及不同水解条件水解硫酸二甲酯对样品中甲醛含量测定的影响,获得了优化的分析条件.甲醛在10~250 mg·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999. A HPLC method was developed for the determination of formaldehyde in dime- thyl sulfate by hydrolysis and derivatization with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine. Formalde- hyde was converted to a stable formaldehyde 2, 4-dinitrophenylhydrazone, extracted with dichloromethane and determined by HPLC. The influences of buffer solution, pH and hydrolysis condition on determination of formaldehyde content were studied and the optimum conditions were obtained. The concentration of formaldehyde showed a good linear relationship with peak area in the range of 10--250 mg · L ^-1, and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999.
