不同植物纤维与玻璃纤维配抄成纸的增强性能 被引量:4

Paper Strengthening Property by Using Different Plant Fiber and Glass Fiber

摘要 以针叶木浆、阔叶木浆以及杨木APMP浆与玻璃纤维按4:1的配比抄纸,研究植物纤维配抄以及配抄过程中添加聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)、阳离子淀粉(CS)和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)对成纸性能的影响。研究结果表明:不同植物纤维和玻璃纤维配抄相比较,杨木APMP配抄的纸张透气度最优,成纸强度最差,针叶木浆配抄成纸强度最好,杨木APMP浆和玻璃纤维配抄成纸的导热系数最小;配抄过程中PAE、CS、CPAM的添加量对针叶木浆配抄成纸的透气度影响不大,抗张指数和撕裂指数显著增加;阔叶木浆配抄成纸的透气度不随增强剂的添加而变化,添加PAE和CPAM不能提高纸张的抗张强度和撕裂强度,CS添加比例在0.5%时纸张撕裂指数最大,且不随添加比例的增大而增大;添加增强剂后APMP配抄纸张的抗张指数和撕裂指数变化较小,透气度变化显著。植物纤维配加玻璃纤维后成纸的导热系数有所下降,且温度越低导热系数越低。 Paper was made of softwood pulp, hardwood pulp, aspen APMP pulp and glass fiber, the ratio of that three kinds of pulp and glass fiber was 4:1. Properties of paper that were made of plant fiber and glass fiber were reseached. The influences of PAE, CS, CPAM which were added during papermaking process on paper performance were reseached too. Results showed that PAE and CPAM could not improve the tensile strength and tear strength of paper. The tear strength of paper was the best when added 0.5 percentage CS into the paper, and it didn't increase as the ratio of CS increased. The tensile and tear strength index declined when CPAM was added into the paper, and the air permeability changed remarkable. Coefficient of thermal conductivity of paper declined, and the lower the tempreture, the lower the coefficient of thermal conductivity.
