摘要
玻璃纤维凭借纺织加工技术的完善与改进,在航天航空、交通、建筑等领域都有广泛应用。粘结剂作为玻璃纤维成型过程中必不可少的组成,对玻璃纤维产品的性能有很大影响。综述了粘结剂对玻璃纤维的作用机理,以及酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、丙烯酸树脂和聚氨酯树脂四种常用玻璃纤维粘结剂的发展现状,并对玻璃纤维粘结剂的发展趋势做了展望。
With the improvement of textile processing technology,glass fiber has been widely used in aerospace,transportation,construction and other fields.Binder is an essential component in the glass fiber forming process,it has great influence on the performance of glass fiber products,the action mechanism of binder on glass fiber and the development status of four commonly used glass fiber binders such as phenolic resin,epoxy resin,acrylic resin and polyurethane resin were reviewed,and also prospected the development trend of glass fiber binders.
