摘要 我国的酒文化作为一种特殊的旅游资源,包括地方名酒、酒礼与酒俗、酒器、历史遗迹、酒与名人名作、酿酒工艺等内容。酒文化旅游资源在其开发方法方面具有多样性和独特性,在开发过程中要综合考虑经济、环境和能效等因素,突出酒文化特色,树立品牌意识;加强游客的参与性、体验性;充分挖掘文化内涵,进行全方位的创新与发展;注重节事活动的带动作用;借鉴国外成功的经验,开发与保护相结合。 As a kind of special tourism resources, wine culture covers local branded wines, ceremony and customs about wines, wine con- talners, historical sites, masterpieces and figures related to wines and making processes. With varieties of wine--related products and local realities, we should research and develop wine culture tour by balancing economic growth, the environmental care and resource conservation. We should work to build brands and innovate products featuring wine culture while giving attention to tourist's on-spot involvement, festivities and learning successes and lessons from foreign peers of sustained development.
