摘要
本文提出了一个从人尿中准确、快速检出吗散痛等麻醉镇痛剂的气相色谱—质谱联用分析方法,并对吗散痛在人尿中的代谢产物进行了研究。尿样经酸解、醚洗、碱化、提取、吹干、衍生化等步骤后于GC/MSD上进样分析,得出了前人在动物代谢实验中未发现的新代谢物。
A method for detecting dextromoramide(MR), other narcotic analgesics and their metabolites in human urine is described. After acidic hydrolysis, the samples areextracted with diethyl ether-isopropanol at pH 9. 4. The residues are derivatized with MSTFA and MBTFA, then processed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. A new metabolite with a possible structure of MR has been reported.
