摘要
目的调查某省医院管理者对医院感染管理科主任任职条件的认知度，为医院感染管理科主任的选拔提供依据。方法对某省各市、州、县医院进行调查，发放调查表，采用SPSS11.0软件进行统计分析。结果共调查全省47所医院，有139名医院管理者认为医院感染管理科主任应具备正高或副高职称的占46．76％；有82．02％认为医院感染管理科主任应具备本科以上学历；对任职医院感染管理科主任应具备的工龄条件，其中48．20％的管理者认为应具备5～10年工龄，41．01％的管理者认为工龄应具备2～5年，业务能力及管理能力被认为是医院感染管理科主任应具备的最重要的工作能力，分别占33．13％及27．50％；医院感染管理科主任被认为可由多种专业背景的人员担任，其中临床医学占24．02％，预防医学占22．59％。结论医院管理者对医院感染管理科主任的任职条件认知度较高，医院管理者对医院感染管理科主任任职条件的认识程度直接关系到医院感染管理科主任的选拔。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the administrators＇ awareness to the qualifications as being the chief of nosocomial infection department so as to provide basis for appointment of the chief. METHODS The questionnaires were distributed to the city, state, and country-level hospitals in the province, then the statistical analysis of survey data was performed with the use of SPSS11.0 software. RESULTS A total of 47 hospitals were investigated province wide~ of the totally 139 hospital administrators investigated, 46.76% of the participants thought that processing the titles of senior chief （chief physician） or the vice senior （vice chief physician） was the qualification as the chief of infection control department, 82. 02% considered that the candidate with bachelor degree was qualified for being as the chief of infection control department i 48.20 % thought that 5-10yearsrworking experience was required; 33.13% thought that the professional ability was the most important~ and 27.50% thought that the administrative ability was the most important. The chief of infection control department was supposed to be served by the personnel with various speciality backgrounds, 24.02 ~ participants thought that the chief should major in clinical medicine, and 22.59% thought that the chief should major in preventive medicine. CONCLUSION The administrators are highly aware of the qualifications of the chief of infection control department, and the cognition to the qualifications is directly related to the appointment of chief of infection control department.
