角色扮演操作示教法在提高护理专业学生综合能力中的作用 被引量：9

摘要 目的探讨角色扮演操作示教法对学生综合能力培养的应用效果。方法对2011年度在外科实习的122名学生,按实习先后顺序分为试验组62名和对照组60名,试验组采用角色扮演的操作示教方法,对照组采用以教师为主体的操作方法。对两组学生的技能考核成绩进行比较,并通过自行设计的调查问卷,调查学生对操作示教方法及患者对学生的满意度。结果试验组学生考核成绩高于对照组,试验组学生对操作示教方法的评价优于对照组,住院患者对试验组学生的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论角色扮演的操作示教方法,提高了学生的学习兴趣、观察能力、语言表达能力和人际交往能力及技能操作水平。
