去势大鼠股骨与腰椎骨密度改变的比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究大鼠去势后股骨与腰椎骨密度的变化规律与相关性。方法:6月龄未交配SD雌性大鼠41只,随机分为2组即:A假去势手术组(SHAM),n=20只。B去势手术组(OVX),n=21只。对B组进行卵巢切除术。采用双能X线骨密度测量仪分别在卵巢切除术前、术后1.5个月、3个月及4.5个月测量各组大鼠腰椎3-5及左右股骨远中1/2骨密度,并对骨密度值进行相关性研究。结果:A组大鼠股骨与腰椎骨密度值在各时间测量点无显著差异(P>0.05),B组大鼠股骨与腰椎骨密度随术后时间延长而降低,差异显著(P<0.01)。A、B两组大鼠股骨与腰椎骨密度各时间点均显著相关(P<0.01)。结论:卵巢切除术可致大鼠双股骨远中及腰椎骨密度降低,是制备绝经后骨质疏松动物模型的可靠方法,大鼠腰椎与双股骨骨密度改变具有相关性。 Objective: To study the change rule of bone mineral density (BMD)among lumber, right and left femur and their correlations in ovariectomized rats. Methods: 6-month old SD rats were ovariectomized or sham operated and were divided into 2 groups A: SHAM, n=20, B: OVX, n=21. Lumbar spine 3-5 and distal 1/2 part BMD of the right and left femur were measured by dual-energy X- ray absorptimetry before OVX, 1.5 months, 3 months, and 4.5 months after OVX, and the BMD value were statistically analyzed. Results: There was no significant change on lumbar, right and left femur BMD of Group A(P〉0.05). And the lumbar, right and left femur BMD of Group B decreased significantly(P〈0.01). There were significant relevence among lumbar, right and left femur BMD at all the time site. Conclusions: ovariectomy could reduce lumbar and femur BMD, and it is a favorable method to prepare postmenopausal osteoporostic animal model. The BMD of rats'lumbar ,right and left femur have significant correlation.
