摘要
介绍了ICP -AES法在烟草多元素分析中的应用研究 .此方法用微波消解 (硝酸 -H2 O2 密闭体系 )烟草样 ,ICP -AES法测定烟草中多种元素 ,测定结果的相对标准偏差为 0 .46 %～ 6 .47% ,标准回收率为92 .2 0 %～ 10 6 .5 0 % .
A ICP-AES method for determinating multielements of tobacco were studied.Clear up by micro wave(system of HNO 3 and H 2O 2),16 elements including K,Ca,Mg,Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn,B,P,Ti,Mo,Cd,Pb,Na,Ba ,Alof tobacco sample are determined by ICP-AES.The determined value's relative standard deviations are 0.46%—6.47%,and the recovery rate of standard samples are 92.20%—106.50%.
