摘要
首次从豆科植物柳叶槐的根中分离得到 6种成分 ,分别鉴定为胆甾醇、1-硬脂酸甘油酯、β -胡萝卜甙、硬脂酸、苦参碱。
Six compounds were isolated from roots of Sophora dunnii prain for the first time.They were identified as cholesterol (Ⅰ),glyceryl 1-ocatadecanate (Ⅱ),β-daucosterol (Ⅲ),stearic acid (Ⅳ),matrine (Ⅴ) and sophocarpine (Ⅵ) by means of spectral analysis (IR, 1H-and 13 C-NMR,MS),chemical and physical constants.
