摘要
苦刺系豆科植物白刺花(Sophoraviciifolia Hance),为野生落叶小灌木,中药大辞典记载其叶具有清热解毒,治毒肿功效。本文采用苦刺叶的总生物碱盐酸盐(简称苦碱)进行抗炎实验。 1 抑制乙酸引起小鼠扭体反应小鼠36只,分为4组,ig苦碱后1h ip0.7%乙酸10ml/kg,并立即记录15min的扭体次数。结果苦碱50、100和200mg/kg组的次数分别为(x±SD,下同)34±6,22±13(P<0.01)
Sophora viciifolia alkaloids (SVA) significantlydecreased the writhing frequency induced by ip 0. 7%acetic acid in mice ED50 was 93 mg/kg ig. SVA200 mg/kg ig significantly inhibited the increasedvascular permeability induced by ip 0. 7% aceticacid and xylene-induced swelling of mouse ear. SVAig did not inhibite the increased vascular permeabilityinduced by ic histamine in rats. SVA 100mg/kg igproduced obvious inhibition in carrageenin-inducedswelling of rat paw. The anti-inflammatory effectswere enhanced in a dose-dependent manner. SVA100 and 200 mg/kg ig markedly reduced the purgativeeffect of castor oil in mice, but did not affect thepurgative effect of Cassia angustifolia leaf. SVA 100and 200 mg/kg ig significantly reduced the gastroin-testinal transport function of Chinese ink in normalmice. It is suggested that the antidiarrheal effect ofSVA is relative to its restriction against exudativeinflammation and the gastrointestinal transport func-tion. LD50 of SVA ig and ip were 1010±110, 418±26 mg/kg respectively.
