摘要
以精巢为材料 ,以气干法制片、Giemsa染色对东方扁虾的染色体进行了研究 .结果表明 :东方扁虾染色体数是 n=1 2 4 ,2 n=2 4 8.还对东方扁虾精原细胞的核型进行了初步的分析 。
The chromosome of the squat lobster, T. orientalis, was studies in preparation of testis, obtained by airdry method. The chromosome number forT. orientalis is 2n=248, n=124. The karyotype from mitotic metaphase of spermatogonium in the squat lobster was analysed preliminarily. No sexchromosome of heteromorphism was observed.
