摘要
综述了“白色污染”的危害和严重性，以及当前治理“白色污染”的两种重要技术，重点论述了废塑料回收技术及降解塑料的开发现状。
This Paper summarized the harmfulness and seriousness of “white pollution”, provided two important kinds of present. techniques of recovering and control of “white pollution”. The current tendency of reclaiming techniques of waste plastics and the development of degradation of waste plastics is mainly discussed here.
