摘要
目的了解常州市各级医疗机构消毒与灭菌现状,探索医院消毒中存在的问题,为提高医院消毒质量,有效预防和控制院内感染提供依据。方法对常州市2009-2011年医疗机构消毒质量监测资料进行回顾性分析。结果3年共采样7 927份,平均总合格率为93.94%。2009-2011年合格率分别为91.96%、93.79%和95.89%,呈逐年上升趋势;市、县、乡镇及以下医疗机构消毒质量监测合格率分别为94.82%、94.18%和93.04%。结论全市医疗机构消毒质量整体水平较好,应有针对性地开展各级医疗机构消毒质量监测和技术指导,要加强乡镇及以下医疗机构消毒质量监测。
Objective To evaluate the present status of disinfection and sterilization quality in hospitals of Changzhou City, so as to explore the problems in disinfection of hospitals and improve the quality of disinfection and provide scientific basis for effective prevent and control of nosocomial infection. Methods The restrospective analysis was conducted with the collected surveillance data of hospitals in Changzhou city from year 2009 to 2011. Results 7927 samples were detected from hospitals in Changzhou city during 3 years. The average total qualified rate was 93.94%. The qualified rates of hospitals from 2009 to 2011 were 91.96% ,93.79% and 95.89% respectively, which was on rise year by year; The qualified rates of hospitals in municipal, county, town and village level were 94.82% ,94.18% and 93.04% respectively. Conclusions The quality of disinfection quality in hospitals of Changzhou city is good. We should carry out the disinfec- tion quality surveillance and technical guidance in hospitals at different levels specifically. The surveillance of disinfection quality in medical institutions of town and village level should be strengthened.
