摘要
目的了解青岛市医疗机构消毒效果状况。方法采用现场采样和实验室检测方法,对全市30所医疗机构消毒与灭菌效果进行监测。结果 2013年-2015年分别从各医疗机构手术室、供应室、产房和治疗室采集空气标本117份,合格98份,合格率为83.76%。青岛市不同规模医疗机构共检测医护人员手与物体表面标本569份,合格429份,合格率为75.40%。共检测医院污水样本60份,其中粪大肠菌群数合格率为71.67%,致病菌均未检出;压力蒸汽灭菌器共检测82份,合格率为100.00%;消毒后内镜检测42份,消毒效果平均合格率为78.57%。不同类别医疗机构中,社区医院的消毒合格率低于专科医院和综合医院。结论青岛市医疗机构消毒灭菌工作总体质量较好,但社区医院或卫生院的消毒合格率相对偏低,应引起重视,污水处理也有待加强。
Objective To understand the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Qingdao. Methods Spot sampling and microbiological detection were applied to minitor and analyze the disinfection quality of different objects of 30 municipal medical institutions in Qingdao. Results 117 air samples were collected from operating room,supply room,delivery room and treatment room of medical institutions in 2013-2015. 98 air samples were qualified; the average passing rate was 83. 76%. 569 medical staff hands and surfaces samples were collected from different medical institutions in Qingdao,and the total passing rate was 75. 40%. 60 hospital sewage samples were detected,and the passing rate of fecal coliform count was 71. 67%,and pathogenic bacteria were not detected. 82 samples of autoclave biological indicator were collected,and the average qualified rate was100. 00%. 42 cases were conducted for endoscope detection after disinfection,and the average qualified rate of disinfection effect was 78. 57%. The qualified rate of disinfection in community hospitals was lower than the specialized hospitals and general hospitals. Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of municipal medical institutions in Qingdao was good,but the qualified rate of community hospitals or health centers was relatively lower,and more attention should be taken to improve the management of disinfection. Besides,the treatment of sewage needs to be strengthened further.
