摘要
目的了解沈阳市市属医疗机构消毒质量情况,改进医院消毒管理。方法采用现场采样和实验室检测方法,对沈阳市市属18家医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量进行监测。结果 2010-2012年期间,从调查的18家医疗机构中共采样检测1 271份,平均总合格率为92.3%。室内空气、物体表面和医务人员手消毒效果合格率依次为59.2%、98.9%和64.5%;使用中消毒液平均合格率91.7%,医院排放污水合格率85.5%,内镜消毒灭菌平均合格率64.4%;无菌器械灭菌合格率为94.2%。结论沈阳市市属医疗机构消毒质量总体较好,部分监测对象合格率偏低,应加强管理和监督改进。
Objective To understand the status of disinfection quality of medical institutions affiliated to Shenyang and improve hospital disinfection management. Method Through field sampling and laboratory detection method, the quality of disinfection and sterilization of 18 medical institutions in Shenyang were monitored. Results During the period of year 2010 - 2012, 1 271 different samples of 18 hospitals were monitored for quality of disinfection and sterilization with the average pass rate of 92. 3%. The disinfection qualified rate of indoor air, surfaces of objects and medical personnel hands were 59.2%, 98.9% and 64.5% respectively; the average passing rate of disinfectants in use were 91.7%, the average passing rate of hospital sewage was 85.5%, the average eligible rate of disinfection and sterilization of endoscope was 64.4% ;qualified rate of the sterilizing instrements was 94. 2%. Conclusion The disinfection quality of medical institutions in Shenyang is good, part of monitoring object qualified rate is low, the government should strengthen the management and supervision.
