摘要
目的 了解我院各科室消毒灭菌效果,控制和预防医院内感染的发生与传播.方法 对临床科室的空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒剂、灭菌器械和压力蒸汽灭菌器作为检测对象,进行细菌总数和致病菌监测.结果 全年共采样2072份,合格1964份,总合格率94.79%.结论 在医院消毒质量方面仍有薄弱环节,应加强医院消毒管理工作,加强消毒灭菌效果的监测,提高医护人员消毒意识和责任感,及时发现医院感染的各种隐患,降低医院感染的发生率,是医院消毒工作做到制度化、规范化、科学化.
Objective To acquamt the sterilization effect of each department of our hospital, and to control and prevent the occurrence and spread of nosocomial infection. Methods carry out a total bacterial count and pathogenic bacteria monitoring of sampling object of clinical department, such as air, object surface, hands of medical staffs, disinfectants in use, autoclave and sterilized Instruments. Results 1936 sampies were detected of the whole year, and 1825 samples were qualified, the total eligible rate was 94.27 %. Conclusions there is weak link o5 the disinfection quality of our hospital, we should strengthen hospital disinfection administration, strengthen sterilization effect monitoring, enhance disinfection and responsibility of medical staffs,we should discover various hidden trouble of nosocomial infeetion in time, decrease the incidence of nosocomial infection, enable hospital disinfection insfitutionalization, standardize and scientific.
