摘要
通过实验 ,筛选出银杏愈伤组织的最佳培养基为N6 +NAA 3 0mg/L +BA 1 0mg/L ,其次为MS +NAA 3 0mg/L +BA 1 0mg/L .分别对NAA、2 ,4-D、GA、BA和KT等在培养过程中的作用与浓度进行了探索 ,结果表明 :NAA、BA结合使用 ,既适合诱导又利于继代培养 ,2 ,4-D适合诱导 ,GA不利于诱导 。
The optimum combination of hormone, and the other closely related factors in inducing callus of Ginkgo biloba L. were systematically studied so as to obtain the fresh, power_vitality and great_quantity callus for the further suspension culture. The result indicated that the most appropriate medium was N6 supplemented with 3 0?mg/L NAA and 1 0 mg/L BAl, the advantage and concentration of NAA, 2,4-D, GA ,BA, KT varied greatly, the combination NAA with BA was suitable for both culture and subculture, 2,4-D was suitable for inducing, GA was not, KT was beneficial for differentiation of callus.
