摘要
目的：探讨眶肌筋膜提紧联合轮匝肌悬吊的眼袋整形方法及效果。方法：收治我院2009年9月～2012年2月对35例患者采用眶肌筋膜提紧联合眼轮匝肌悬吊的方法矫治眼袋手术。结果：本组35例受术者，术后随访6～12个月，下睑形态良好，无外翻、凹陷、退缩现象，患者满意度高。结论：本术式可以最大限度切除下睑多余的松弛组织而不会发生睑外翻，使下睑轮廓更加紧致流畅，符合美学要求。
Objective：to study the orbital myofasciaI tight joint orbicular muscle suspension of pouch plastic method and result. Methods ： treated the hos-pital between September 2009 and February 2009 for 35 patients with orbital muscle fascia mention tightly combined with the method of treatment for the or-bicularis oculi muscle suspension eye bag operation. Results：35 cases of subject,and postoperative follow-up of 6 to 12 months,the eyelid shape is good,no ectropion,sag and the shrinking phenomenon, high patient satisfaction. Conclusion ： this surgery can maximize resection under eyelid extra slack organization without ectropion,make next eyelid contour more smooth compact,accord with aesthetic demand.
