摘要
目的:探讨应用双极电凝电烧紧缩眼轮匝肌的眼袋整形方法的可行性和效果观察。方法:自2012年4～6月于中国医学科学院整形外科医院VIP病房行外路法眼袋切除术患者48例,在常规眼袋切除术的步骤的基础上同时结合双极电凝电烧眼轮匝肌浅层肌肉筋膜组织,观察手术可操作性和效果评定。结果:48例患者术中均采用双极电凝电烧紧缩眼轮匝肌,其中46例患者满意,2例患者基本满意,无不满意患者。结论:应用双极电凝电烧眼轮匝肌用于眼袋整形,不仅能达到常规眼袋整形手术方法的手术效果,又能使下眼睑松弛的眼轮匝肌得到紧缩,更好的改善眼袋膨出的外观。而且手术操作简单方便,此步骤在常规眼袋整形手术方法的基础上不需要另作解剖,不增加眼袋整形手术的风险。
Objective To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of a new method in lower eyelid blepharoplasty by applying bipolar electric coagulation to tighten the orbicularis muscle. Methods From April 2012 to June 2012, There are 48 cases of Percutaneous approach blepharoplasty in VIP ward, Plastic Surgery Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. Based on the procedure of conventional lower eyelid blepharoplasty, bipolar coagulation was applied to Tighten orbicularis muscle and superficial muscle fascia tissue. Then observation and assessment were made in the surgical operability and effectiveness. Results in 48 patients with intraop- erative bipolar coagulation tightening of the orbicularis oculi muscle, 46 patients got satisfied, two cases of patients were basically satisfied and there was no unsatisfied case. Conclusion Applying bipolar coagulation tightening of the orbicularis oculi muscle in ble- pharoplasty, not only achieve better effect of conventional blepharoplasty surgery, but also tighten the flabby orbicularis oculi muscle, and improve the swollen appearance of lower eyelid. Besides, the operation is simple. This step does not require additional separate anatomy on the basis of conventional blepharoplasty surgery, so that does not increase the risk of blepharoplasty surgery.
