摘要
基于氨与次氯酸盐反应使次氯酸盐-Luminol化学发光强度降低,建立了氨的流动注射化学发光分析法。试验了各种条件对化学发光强度的影响。测定了天然水中氨氮,回收率为86~95%。
A novel system for the determination of ammonia based on the chemilumines cent reaction between hypochlorite and luminol has been reported. In the basic solution, ammonia reacts with hypochlorite to form monoehloramine which decreases the observed chemiluminescence intensity. The flow injection analysis was used to get the advantages of high speed and automation. Analytical conditions have been optimized. The present method is reproducible with recovery of 86~95%, and applicable to the determination of ammoniacal nitrogen in natural waters.
