摘要 利用广域测量系统WAMS信号设计了一种广域自适应阻尼控制器WAADC,以提高互联电网区域振荡阻尼。利用聚合经验模态分解EMMD方法精确地在线辨识电力系统低频振荡模态,并有效地抑制了低频振荡模态的混叠。根据在线辨识结果提出了一种模糊自适应粒子群优化算法,实时整定电力系统中电力系统稳定器PSS的参数,从而在不同的运行方式下都能提供最佳的阻尼,抑制系统的低频振荡。仿真结果表明,该WAADC能提高互联电网的安全稳定运行能力。 The paper demonstrated the possibility to enhance the damping of inter-area oscillations using wide area measurement system based on a wide area adaptive damping controller. Low-frequency oscillation mode is identified precisely on line using the method of ensemble empirical mode decomposition, and the method can restrain mode mix- ing in low-frequency oscillation signals. A fuzzy adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm is presented to change the parameter of PSS in different oscillation modes by identification result, As a result, the adaptive PSS provides bet- ter damping to the oscillation of the system than the conventional PSS in different operation way. Simulation results show that the security and stability of interconnected power grid have been improved with the WAADC.
