摘要
基于发动机台架试验常见故障的分析,确定了发动机台架试验实时监测的方法并对监测系统的采集信号参数以及安装位置等进行分析,基于DSP技术对信号采集系统和预警系统进行了硬件设计,介绍了各模块的功能和系统的实现方法。
The analysis of common fault about engine dyno. test is introduced in this paper. It shows how to real time monitor a testing engine in lab and analyze the influence from signal & assembly point. The hardware of Data Acquisition & Alarm System is designed according to the DSP method. Besides, this paper introduces the function of each module.
