摘要
介绍了在2105和2135柴油机上进行的排气门漏气故障的模拟试验结果,讨论了然温、排烟、油耗量和气缸盖表面振动信号对排气门漏气故障的敏感性,揭示出柴油机气缸内燃烧压力、表面振动信号与排气门漏气故障之间的内在联系,并对振动诊断的频谱分析法和时序谱分析法进行了综合对比。
The restilts obtained from the exhaust valve leakage simulation test on 2105and 2135 diesel engines are introduced in thes paper. The sensitivity of exhaust tempera-ture, fuel consumption and vibration signal on cylinder surface to exhaust valve leakage is discussed, the intemal relations between in - cylinder combustion pressure, surface vibra-tion signal and ethaust valve leakage are revealed. The Vibration diagnosis by frequency spectrum method is compared with that by seqential spectrum method.
