摘要 城市道路路况复杂,汽车发动机大部分时间都工作在ETC循环测试区域以外的工况,从而造成法规排放特性测试结果与整车道路排放试验结果存在很大的差异。而WHTC循环作为欧Ⅵ排放标准中的发动机瞬态排放测试循环,在发动机转速、功率和怠速比例等循环特征参数方面与北京公交道路工况特征参数接近,相较ETC循环,WHTC循环试验结果能更好地反映北京城市公交车辆道路运行时的尾气排放特性。此外,利用WHTC循环试验结果进行发动机排放的调整和再标定,可有效调整发动机低速低负荷区域的污染物排放性能,改善现行法规排放测试区域以外工况点的排放状况。 Complex road conditions in cities make the vehicle engines operate beyond the ETC cycle test area most of the time, leading to an enormous difference in the result between the emission regulation test and vehi- cle emission test. As transient engine emission test cycle in Euro 6 emission regulation, WHTC cycle can pro- vide close cycle parameters (engine speed, power, idle rate) with parameters under Beijing bus road condi- tion. Compared with ETC cycle, WHTC cycle can better reveal the emission characteristics of buses under Beijing road condition. Furthermore, adjustment and reealibration of engine emission through WHTC cycle test results can effectively affect the pollutant emission performance of vehicle engines under low-speed and low- load operation, promoting the emission performance of engines in the operating points which are beyond the current emission regulation test.
