摘要
Silica gel luminophor containing 1,10-phenanthroline complex with europium m-methylbenzoate, Eu(m-MBA) 3phen·H 2O was prepared by a sol-gel method. The the- rmal decomposition, excitation and emission spectra of the gel phosphor were measured and compared with that of the solid complex powder. The thermal st ability of the complex was found enhanced in SiO 2 host matrix and the luminescence intensity remained unchanged.
